I am the Egg Donor Program Director at International Chinese Egg Donation (ICED). With a background in reproductive health and fertility services, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and couples navigate the complex journey of building a family through egg donation. 

As the Egg Donor Program Director, I oversee all aspects of our donor matching process, ensuring that every donor is carefully selected and that our intended parents receive personalized, compassionate care throughout their experience. My role involves managing donor recruitment, screening, and coordination, while also maintaining strong relationships with both donors and clients. 

I am deeply passionate about providing ethical, transparent, and supportive services to all parties involved. My team and I work closely with both egg donors and intended parents to ensure that each match is successful and that the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible. 

Having seen firsthand the profound impact that egg donation can have on families, I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those who come to us for help. It’s an honor to be part of a team that is so dedicated to bringing people together and creating the families that so many dream of. 

Pearl has personally experienced the emotional and physical challenges of Intrauterine insemination, (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF), and today, she is the proud mother of a beautiful daughter. Having been through the journey of striving to become a parent, she deeply understands the hopes and dreams of aspiring parents worldwide. Motivated by her own experience, Pearl is passionate about helping others achieve their dream of having healthy, beautiful, and intelligent children.

My name is Lydia Hsu, and I am an Egg Donor Case Manager with 6 years of experience in fertility and reproductive health. In my role, I am responsible for guiding both egg donors and intended parents through the entire donation process with care, compassion, and professionalism. 

I work closely with donors to ensure they are fully informed and supported throughout the screening, matching, and donation procedures. At the same time, I provide intended parents with personalized assistance, ensuring their needs are met and their journey to parenthood is as smooth as possible. 

Having a deep understanding of the emotional and logistical complexities involved in egg donation, I am committed to making each step of the process clear, transparent, and as stress-free as possible. My goal is to create a positive and supportive experience for everyone involved, and I take great pride in helping bring dreams of parenthood to life. 

Flora Tsai is a dedicated and compassionate Egg Donor Recruiter with over 6 years of experience in the fertility and reproductive health industry. Specializing in the recruitment, education, and support of egg donors, Flora Tsai has a deep understanding of the complex and rewarding process of egg donation. Passionate about helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood, Flora Tsai works tirelessly to ensure egg donors receive the care, information, and guidance they need throughout the journey.
